Senior Programs
We offer a wide array of services to older adults. Our goal is to help older adults live healthy, independent lives. Programs include nutrition/food programs, transportation, senior center activities, the healthy ideas program, and other information and assistance.
In Home Supportive Services (IHSS)
The IHSS Program will help pay for services provided to you so that you can remain safely in your own home. To be eligible, you must be over 65 years of age, or disabled, or blind. Disabled children are also potentially eligible for IHSS. IHSS is considered an alternative to out-of-home care, such as nursing homes or board and care facilities.
Mono County Access & Functional Needs (AFN) Registry
This registry website allows residents with access and functional needs an opportunity to provide location and contact information to emergency response agencies so those agencies can better serve them in a disaster or other emergencies.
