The facilities division of the Mono County Department of Public Works is responsible for the operation and maintenance of of the Lundy Canyon Campgroung. The campgounds are closed during winter months, and generally operate from mid-April through mid-November depending upon snow conditions. This seasonal campground is set among beautiful Aspen Groves lining the banks of Mill Creek. An on-site campground host provides fee collection services for the 36 first-come, first-served camping spaces that include restrooms, non-potable water spigots, picnic benches, fire-rings, and bear boxes. The 2013 closing date for this campground is Friday, November 15th. The evening of Nov. 14th is the last night the campground will be open.
